Our pole dance hen parties and birthday sessions in Berlin are perfectly organised to ensure you make the most of your special day. Here’s an overview of how your pole dance party with us will unfold (75 minutes):
– 10 min Welcome & Preparation: We'll toast together with a drink, get you acquainted with the studio, and discuss the proceedings.
– 10 min Warm-Up A gentle warm-up will get you in the mood and prepare you for the moves.
– 10 min Basics & Conditioning: We'll show you simple basic techniques. – don't worry, you don't need any prior experience!
– 35-minute pole choreography Things are heating up! You'll learn a choreography – feel free to choose the dance style and song in advance.
– 10 min Photos & Videos To finish, you can let loose in front of the camera! Whether it's group photos, pole poses or a video of the choreo – we'll capture your hen party pole party in style.
