Your First Pole Dance Class: How to start as a Beginner

Although each beginner (Level 0) class is structured slightly differently, we want to give you an overview here of what to expect in our Beginner Pole Dance Classes in Berlin. In 60 minutes, you'll experience a mix of training, dance and fun:

Warm-up

We'll start together with a light warm-up. With simple movements and repetitions, we'll get your circulation going, loosen up your muscles, ligaments and joints, and optimally prepare your body for the class.

Conditioning and Basics

Here you'll learn the first basics for beginner pole dance. With targeted exercises, you'll strengthen your muscles and simultaneously receive short explanations, so you build technique and body awareness correctly from the start.

Pole and Choreography

Now it's time to hit the pole! You'll learn your first pole dance spins, tricks, and transitions. Depending on the class, we'll practise small choreographies or combine individual movements into fluid sequences. Don't worry – we'll meet you exactly where you are.

Cooldown

To finish, we will stretch the body once more and let the session end in a relaxed manner.
