Our courses at a glance
With this short overview, we want to help you understand our courses a little better. However, there isn't a clear distinction between acrobatics, dance, and fitness in Pole Dance, as everything has the same origin. In our classes, however, we set focal points, which we want to present to you here:
Pole Acrobatics - Tricks
In our Pole Acrobatics classes with different difficulty levels, you will learn tricks and spins using various contact points on the pole. Depending on the course, we practice these on the static or spinning pole and connect them into increasingly longer combinations. In the beginner courses, we stay close to the ground, but from Level 1 onwards, we’ll be heading upside down in the air.
Pole Dance - Heels
Do you love platform heels and moving sensually? Then our Heels Flow classes are just right for you. Here you will learn choreographies, partly with tricks, acrobatic elements, flips, kips, spins, and various heels techniques. The styles of the classes vary, and you can find your personal favourite in the descriptions of the individual heels courses.
Pole Dance - Low Flow
Low flow refers to classes where dancing takes place close to the ground. This can be done barefoot, in socks, with heels, trainers or even roller skates. Acrobatic elements and spins can also occur here, and dance styles such as Contemporary, Sensual Heels Dance, Hip Hop, Break Dance, Ballet elements, etc. can influence the choreography.
