„A SAFE SPACE for plus-size beginners in pole dancing. I love the atmosphere in the space. It's cosy, warm, inspiring, and at the same time spacious with plenty of room to practice. Naima's plus-size class every Monday is simply brilliant. We're in the "Wintergarten" room, and the lighting there is dimmed, and Naima explains the first basics of the pole there. It's always something different, and it's fun. I feel super comfortable there, and for anyone who wants to try it – go for it!!“

FAQ
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Strength and technique develop step by step.
What should I wear to my first pole dance class?
Comfortable sportswear that allows for movement (e.g. shorts and a tight-fitting top for better support on the pole). If you feel more comfortable in looser clothing, you are welcome to wear a t-shirt and elasticated long trousers (it would be ideal if they can be rolled up above the knee). Barefoot or with socks.
Is there a weight limit?
No. Our classes are open to all bodies.
Is Pole Dance suitable for larger bodies?
Absolutely! Our poles are sturdy, and we'll show you techniques that suit your body. Safety comes first.
