Our Pole Dance classes are divided into different levels.
This is how you can learn new techniques step by step and develop with confidence.
Which level is right for me?
Level 0
Are you new to pole dancing? Welcome! In this course, we'll show you the basics, teach you your first tricks and spins, and combine everything into short, floor-based dance choreographies or transitions. You'll build strength, learn to climb, circle the pole, and have a lot of fun.
For your first class, you can wear a T-shirt (sleeveless is best) and shorts.
Requirements: None. Please be at the studio 15 minutes before the start of your first class.
Level 1
Have you attended our beginner classes multiple times or gained initial pole experience elsewhere? Then it's time to move overhead on the pole. In this course, we'll learn inverts, leg hangs, various climbs, pole sits, inverted crucifix, frog, and initial transitions up on the pole on static and spinning. This course focuses on the technique of basic tricks, along with plenty of conditioning, and fun will certainly not be overlooked.
Prerequisites: first spins, knee grips, pole sits, first climbs
Level 2
Are you ready to dedicate yourselves to longer combos up on the pole? In this intermediate level, we'll learn tricks with 3 points of contact on the pole and link them with different transitions on spinning and static. Whether it's pole handstands, butterfly, jade, brass monkey or superman, things are really heating up now and you won't want to come back down to the ground.
Prerequisites: invert, inside + outside leg hangs, climbs, frog, inverted crucifix
Level 3
You can already do many 3-contact point tricks and are ready for new challenges? In this class, we'll get you ready for the next step. The focus here is on the technique of handspring, Ayesha, Shouldermount, Aerial Invert variations and Pole Handstand variations in connection with various transitions. A certain amount of strength and flexibility is a prerequisite for this, then you can get started.
Prerequisites: Jade, Butterfly variations, Pole Handstand, Aerial Invert, Monkey climbs, Brass Monkey
